Our Story
I fell in love with film photography on a trip to Japan. I had shot digital for years, then I picked up an old compact, put a roll through it, and suddenly nothing else could compare.
There are so many cameras like that still out there - beautifully built, decades old, and still working perfectly, but sitting unused.
At the same time, people are buying disposables for a night out, a wedding, or a holiday, shooting one roll, and throwing away a camera that could have kept making photographs for years.
I think that’s a waste.
So I give good cameras a second chance. We find them, test them properly, describe them honestly, and send them on to people who are going to use them, enjoy them, and hopefully keep them shooting for years to come.
If you’re looking for your first film camera, a compact to take everywhere, or just something a little more interesting than another disposable, have a look around.
Buy it once. Shoot it forever.
